Lesbophobia is the fear of lesbians. The reason why they might hate lesbians/sapphic people depends on person. Some may hate only few types of lesbians, some might hate all wlw/nblw people. It might count also as homophobia, even though some people only experience fear towards lesbians. It is a umbrella term for Sapphophobic people.
