Fear of attractive girls/women
Caligynephobia is the fear of attractive girls and/or women. It is a branch of Puellaphobia and Gynephobia.
Causes[]
This is often caused when a male is deeply attracted to a woman, but too afraid to be near them, or to even see them.
Treatment[]
Treatment for this phobia can be hard, but the only ways to get over it are to cut of all contact with the girl and never see her again, or try to overcome your embarrassment.
Sufferers are advised to try and at first try talking to the female, simply a few words or two, and gradually start to interact more and more with her.
