How do people come up with names for phobias that don't have a name?

(Such as the fear of the mutilation of one's foot)

I did remove a lot of articles, but 154 are left. I am unsure if I should keep deleting, or take a short break. Hey, at least the wiki is getting somewhat improved. And that makes me proud.

For about two years now, I’ve been struggling with a phobia of the disney/pixar movie named l*ca

(had to censor it cus i still have a really hard time saying or typing it—)

After a bit of research, I’ve learned that it may be a type of Cinephobia.

If i ever come across anything remotely related to it, I will have a very bad reaction (hands shaky and sweaty, rapid breathing, distress stimming)

It used to be so bad that I couldn’t think of certain objects or colors without having he reaction, but it’s gotten better over the years. It’s still pretty bad, though.

I want to tell someone about it irl, but im rlly scared of being mocked or brushed off because, well, its a very stupid phobia for me to have.

Anyone got any tips? Does anyone here have something like this as well?

I have a phobia, kind of like Ickstripophobia (a phobia for loud flushing toilets), but without the loud part, It doesn't matter how loud the toilet flushes, I'm afraid of flushing it. Does this fear have a name?
